This policy covers steamunlocked.org, referred to here as SteamUnlocked, we, or our. It explains the information used to run the website, understand visits, display comments, and load your saved games.
We do not sell visitor data directly. Embedded services may process information for their own purposes, including advertising, as explained below.

Google Analytics
Google’s policyWe use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Disqus
Privacy policyDisqus provides comments. Your displayed name, profile, and comments can be public. When the comment service loads, it may collect device, cookie, and browsing information even if you do not comment. Its policy describes advertising-related data sharing and sales. Disqus is intended for people aged 18 and over.
Cookies & saved games
Cookies and similar technologies support analytics, security, and comments. Browser settings can block or remove cookies and site data, though some features may stop working.
My Library stores saved game IDs and the dates you added them in your browser’s local storage. When you open your library, those IDs are sent to our website to retrieve game details. Use the library’s remove or clear controls to delete your saved list, or clear this website’s data in your browser.
Your choices
- Analytics: Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.
- Comments: manage your account and privacy preferences through Disqus. Its privacy policy explains how to request access, correction, deletion, or opt out of its data sales and sharing.
- Saved games: clearing My Library removes its browser-stored list. It does not delete records held by Google, Cloudflare, or Disqus.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. Provider controls apply to the information those providers handle.
Storage & security
Your saved library stays in browser storage until you remove it, clear site data, or your browser removes it. Analytics retention depends on our Google Analytics settings; Cloudflare and Disqus describe their retention practices in their policies. These services may process information outside your country.
HTTPS protects information in transit, and Cloudflare helps protect the website. No online service can guarantee complete security. Avoid posting private or sensitive information in public comments.
External sites & changes
Download links can take you to services such as UploadHaven. Their collection of information is covered by their own policies. Requests about files hosted there should use the host’s reporting process; the host does not handle this website’s privacy practices.
