A remote mountain village becomes a prison when a supernatural fog cuts off every road and an old ritual turns neighbors into suspects. Raging Loop is a tense Japanese visual novel built around paranoia, murder, and the social-deduction rules of Werewolf-style party games. Protagonist Haruaki Fusaishi arrives in Yasumizu at exactly the wrong time, only to become trapped in a repeating cycle of killings known as the Feast. Raging Loop stands apart from standard visual novels by making its route structure part of the narrative rather than a menu of disconnected endings. The cast receives enough attention that changing perspectives and hidden motives genuinely reframe earlier scenes, especially after Revelation Mode unlocks internal monologues and extra material. Its lengthy script favors readers who enjoy slow-building mysteries and arguments over action, but the escalating twists keep the pace stronger than many romance-focused anime novels.
